At the time, water should not be consumed







water is the most important things for our body. one day 3 to 5 liter of water we should drink.but when  we drink lots of water it has lots of disadvantage of this.Drinking water over the requirement increases the amount of useful ingredients including sodium potassium in our body and the body is weak.So we should drink water according to our needs .It is important to know when the water is consumed.
1. Half an hour before and after eating food
2. At night to sleep
 3. After waking up in the morning

Also we should know how often the water does not drink
 1.While sleeping on the bed
2. after long and short toilet
3.  immediately taking food
